Cobalt empowered this shared kitchen management company to grow from a single catering group in an 8,000±SF industrial kitchen to multiple locations in Livermore and Oakland totaling over 15,000 SF. Multi-family Real Estate Investment Fund
As an example of one of our successful joint ventures, Cobalt identified and secured an off-market office building for the multi-family fund’s new location. This enabled the founders to set up their headquarters in their hometown of Pleasanton, where they continue to expand and lease space to other local businesses.
Truffle Shuffle
Founders Jason and Tyler started their business from nothing and found a sustainable source of truffles from a small French farm to supply luxury restaurants across the U.S. They then went on to secure funding from Shark Tank’s Mark Cuban and grew their business from a truffle reseller into a nationwide online cooking platform.

As an example of our innovative use of space and collaboration with the local government, Cobalt created a new commercial subdivision in downtown Danville. This property use allows business owners to purchase their permanent locations and own their property instead of renting.
